![]() I had a few gripes with Sumaga, but it was more fun to play than any game I'd encountered in a long time. Chrono Belt in particular was just a magnificent piece of work. They left me with essentially zero complaints. Chrono Belt and Chaos Head (well, those and Sweet Pool) were my favorites not only out of the new games, but out of everything I played. But this shows that I only played 11 2008-released games, and since 5 of them were otome/BL stuff, that leaves only Chaos Head, Chrono Belt, ef - the latter tale, G-Senjou, Sumaga, and Sharnoth. ![]() The color-coding is fairly self-explanatory, I think. Then there's the fact that I took several months off from games in the summer of '08, and I got a lot less done than I'd hoped. ![]() I only started playing VNs on a regular basis in late summer '07-and I'm a slow reader of Japanese, to boot-so I'm still very much in catch-up mode. ![]() Darn it, you really make me want to play Fortune Arterial and Tayutama on the off chance that I'll like them, even though they don't look like the kind of game I normally go for. ![]()
